I want to compliment your company on such excellent service as I was searching for replacement bulbs for our EdenPure Gen 4 heater. Sheila was a big help in getting the right bulbs packaged and on the way to us.

Because of the Christmas holiday and COVID-19, the shipping time was delayed. Not to worry…Sheila was able to locate the package and assured me if it wasn’t received within another couple of days, they would ship out another set of bulbs post haste! They did in fact arrive shortly thereafter! I called AirNmore to advise them of such and spoke directly to the owner, Paul…who by the way has excellent videos on how to Install the bulbs!
